How to apply?
Admission to the three years law course & five years law course is only through CET process as per Maharashtra state entrance test cell, held by government of Maharashtra. Interested students shall follow the process of the said exam. Admission is subject to approval and allotment by CET-CELL.

Attendance, examination & ATKT rules.
Attendance
The minimum required attendance for keeping a term in class, is at least 75% of total number of working days of each term.
Examination
Every year the exams for 3 years law course as per Shivaji University, Kolhapur having semester wise pattern is held in month of October/November and March/April that is winter session and summer session respectively.
ATKT Rules
2nd, 4th,and 6th semesters: a student who is eligible for admission to the 2nd, 4th,and 6th semesters must have successfully kept the terms for 1st, 3rd and 5th semesters, respectively of the result of these semester examinations.
3rd semester: a student for be eligible for 3rd semester must pass at least 7 subjects in 1st & 2nd semester.
5th semester: a student for be eligible for 5th semester must pass at least 7 subjects in 3rd & 4th semester.
